This Privacy Policy explains how Clickzolo collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use Clickzolo and related services on clickzolo.com. It also explains how we handle Google user data when you choose to connect a Google account or Google Ads account to Clickzolo.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information such as your name, email address, company details, country, and timezone.
  • Billing and subscription information needed to manage plans, invoices, trials, and payments.
  • Workspace, website, and campaign configuration data you add inside Clickzolo.
  • Click event, IP, device, and fraud-analysis data processed through our detection systems.
  • Support, contact, and operational communications you send to us.
  • Google user data and Google Ads account data if you explicitly connect Google services to Clickzolo.

3. Google User Data

When you explicitly connect Google services to Clickzolo, we may access Google user data permitted by the scopes you approve. For Google Ads integrations, this can include accessible account identifiers, account metadata, campaign-related information, and exclusion-rule management data needed for the Google Ads features inside Clickzolo.

We use Google user data only to provide and support user-facing Clickzolo features that are visible in the product, such as Google Ads account connection, account selection, campaign visibility, fraud protection setup, exclusion syncing, reporting, and related troubleshooting. We do not use Google user data for unrelated purposes.

4. How We Use Information

We use information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve Clickzolo.
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts, workspaces, and permissions.
  • Detect invalid traffic, repeated abuse patterns, suspicious activity, and fraud risks.
  • Display analytics, reports, evidence, and operational insights to the account owner and authorized users.
  • Connect to Google Ads when you request it and carry out the actions you enable inside the product.
  • Process payments, send service notices, answer support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

5. How We Store and Protect Data

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data and Google user data, including encryption in transit, controlled access, authentication, logging, and service-level monitoring. Access to stored credentials and connected account data is limited to systems and personnel who require it to operate, maintain, or secure the service.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell Google user data or personal information. We do not share Google user data with third parties except in the limited situations described below:

  • With processors and infrastructure providers that help us run the service under confidentiality obligations.
  • When necessary to provide a feature you requested, such as interacting with Google Ads on your behalf.
  • For security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or incident response.
  • To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
  • As part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to applicable legal and contractual protections.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, data brokering, or sale to information resellers.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, workspace, and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Click event retention may vary by plan and feature. Connected Google data and tokens are retained only while the integration is active or as needed for security, support, and lawful compliance.
