1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clickzolo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Clickzolo provides software for click-fraud detection, investigation, reporting, exclusion management, and related workflow automation for advertising operations, including Google Ads-focused use cases.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and ensuring that only authorized users access your workspace. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Google Ads and Google Account Integrations

Some Clickzolo features allow you to connect a Google account or Google Ads account. When you do so, you authorize Clickzolo to access and use the Google data covered by the scopes you approve, solely to provide the user-facing features inside Clickzolo.

  • You must connect only accounts you are authorized to use.
  • You remain responsible for actions initiated from your Clickzolo workspace.
  • You can disconnect Google Ads from Clickzolo or revoke Google access through your Google account settings.
  • Clickzolo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google unless explicitly stated, and Google Ads features remain subject to Google's own policies and terms.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Trials

Clickzolo is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan. Trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing events are governed by your selected plan and any additional commercial terms presented during checkout.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Clickzolo in violation of law, regulation, or third-party platform rules.
  • Use the service to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
  • Interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse APIs, tokens, or credentials.
  • Use Google user data or Clickzolo outputs for prohibited advertising, brokering, or unlawful surveillance purposes.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Clickzolo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal data and Google user data.

8. Intellectual Property

Clickzolo and its software, content, design, and branding are owned by Clickzolo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also modify these terms by posting an updated version on this page.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Clickzolo is provided on an as available and as offered basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clickzolo disclaims indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages, and does not guarantee specific ad performance, refunds, or platform decisions by third-party providers.
