Trials before billing

Every new Clickzolo workspace starts with a 3-day trial. Customers can evaluate the platform before the first paid billing cycle begins.

When subscription cancellation takes effect

If you cancel an active subscription, the cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Your workspace stays active until that date unless the trial is ended before a paid cycle begins.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, accidental renewals, and billing errors. We do not guarantee refunds for partial usage or completed billing periods where the service remained available and active.

How to request a refund

Email billing@clickzolo.com with your workspace name, billing email, invoice or charge details, and a short explanation of the issue. Our team will review the request and respond with the next step.
